I had the pleasure of presenting on diary studies at the QRCA 2012 conference in Montreal.  The upshot?  There have never been more ways to connect with respondents outside of the (virtual or real) room.  I’ll post more on diaries soon, but in the meantime, my slides are live on SlideShare.
